- "Location to bus terminal. Staff had good English. View from the room was nice."

- "AC unit in our room started dripping water onto the floor every night at 2am. It wouldn't do this at all during the day. So it would wake us up and I had to shut it off. Floors in the room could have used a swiffer and mop."

- "The hotel is centrally located, less than a ten minute walk from the centre of the city, but, especially usefully, directly opposite the Rodoviaria and only a short walk from the other bus stations (for access to the Ilha de Santa Catarina). The rooms are large and spotlessly clean, the hotel facilities are very good (including Internet access), and the buffet breakfast is excellent. With a room at the front of the hotel, I also had great views over the mainland, the Ponte Hercilio Luz and the Ilha de Santa Catarina."

- "Shower and bathroom is so poor, it didnīt work anytime. There isnīt hot water, discharge sanitary was boken, and nobody change our room."
