- "Staff were efficient and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were light, spacious and airy. Beds were comfortable"

- "we were not allowed to use the breakfast area to play games. As a hotel accommodating people during the world's largest games expo this was a serious problem and led to many people shunning the hotel in the evenings to go to (e.g.) the Ibis down the road which did allow this. My room was not cleaned at all one day, despite a 'please make up this room' notice left on door handle."
