- "The view from the balcony, rocky crags to the north of town.
Nice lounge overlooking the same bay was a comfortable place to use wifi.
Easy walking distance to airport (with only a few flights a day, airport noise is not a nuisance)." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Room was not ready when I arrived at 3.30 - I was told I would have to wait an hour to a further hour and a half (i.e. until 5.00p.m.) without a word of apology or any offer to speed this up. Fortunately I only wanted to dump my bag before sightseeing. The dinner was very poor, and the service minimal to the point of unfriendly."

- "We stayed in a "superior double" room and had a tremendous view over the
sea to Corvo; it's almost worth staying here just for that! We ate twice
in the restaurant and enjoyed the food. Breakfast was fine too - apart
from the coffee from the machine! The weather didn't allow us to use the
outdoor pool, but it looked nice." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "One or two of the staff could do with some training in customer care! They were brusque and uninterested. There weren't enough electric sockets in the room for the appliances, which was confusing until we worked it out. If we wanted the fridge, we had to unplug the tv etc. And the coffee at breakfast! There must be sugar in the milk because it was so sweet."
