- "Every staff at the hotel was very friendly. I do not speak Spanish so the lady at the front desk helped me find my stay for the next day."

- "Machu Picchu is filled with tourists so its understandable, but still the price does not meet the quality."

- "Good points: Kind employees, good location, new and clean building.
Overall: For Aguas Calientes, it seems very good. I still think it is pricy considering what it offers, but, for Machu Picchu, it was worthwhile. The problem is about the whole city infrastructure. It is ok for one night." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Bad points: No fridge in the room. No lift in the hotel ? we stood in the 4th floor."
