- "The beach and the sea were lovely. The buffet was very good. The staff
were genuine and tried their best." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The hotel is advertised as a 5* hotel, but does not offer 5* facilities. We found no iron or ironing board in our room and were told the one available was in another room. Despite being friendly the staff lacked the training and experience you'd expect at a 5* resort."

- "The rooms are not clean, especially the bathroom. The bed is uncomfortable. The air conditioner is noisy. The breakfast was not enough for 5 star hotel. There lots of choices but non of them is tasty. We don't get the value for our money"
