What did you like the most?: "Pleasant hotel in a great location - ideal for catching the ferry to
France........usually. Brittany Ferries were on strike so we then had to
travel to Calais but that's nothing to do with Ibis! On our return we
were unable to stay at the hotel because of coming back via Dover and
therefore not Portsmouth. We did try to contact the hotel only to be
unable to find a number to contact. The number on the website was 'no
only longer in use'."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The hotel was fine - we were woken by noisy people between 11.30 and 12.30 during the night. We mentioned it the next morning to the staff and got only a small response. An inability to contact the hotel by phone to cancel our second stay which was no fault of the hotel."

What did you like the most?: "Clean and modern, good location for the ferry to France, although we had difficulty finding the hotel. We just found in general Portsmouth was a very confusing town with so many one way streets, but that wasn't the fault of the hotel."
