Is there anything you didn't like?: "They gave me a handicap room instead of a normal room. Also, they said in the reservation that shuttle from the Hotel to airport was available 24hrs , and when I arrived to the hotel at night ,they told me that they start at 6:00am. My flight depart at 6:15am, so I had to rent another day of my car rental to be able to get to the airport on time."
