What did you like the most?: "Their was a confusion as I booked a smoking room but was place into a non smoking room but that was sorted out within 10minutes and I was then placed into a smoking room"

What did you like the most?: "Good location for us and good price"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Bed and pillows very uncomfortable and we all had difficulty getting to sleep. Not helped by a guest setting off fire alarm at 1.45 a.m. waking everyone. No apology given then or next morning despite the fact that our night's sleep was completely ruined."

What did you like the most?: "Copious parking. A friendly atmosphere. Modern rooms. Pleasant dining environment, good standards of presentation and service."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The accommodation signage-I found it puzzling as to the actual location of my room. OK, it was fairly late, I was tired, but wandered around the outer precinct desperately trying to find the numbers required to get in by the correct door! Quite amusing when I look back, surrounded by imbibing wedding guests all enjoying themselves in the pleasant outdoor temperature which happened to be the case that night and there's me, a lone woman ambling through like a lost sheep! Not really a criticism, just a little nudge to Management to think of a way to make it a bit easier."
