- "Slightly expensive compared to other hotels that we used throughout our trip. Breakfast choice certainly reduces after 1st October."

- What did you like the most?
- "It was chosen as a stopover stay on our journey down to the Jura. It was quiet and secluded and there were walks to be taken before we ate. The views over the lake were beautiful and if we had been staying longer there were many trips we could have taken."

- "The restaurant staff were very helpful particularly as one of us is Gluten free."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "It was very noisy on the evening we were there due to a very large group of Rolls Royce owners being there."

- "The bed was very comfortable and there were tea and coffee making facilities (although very limited! - take extra tea/coffee/sugar/milk!) The views were great and we enjoyed a walk by the lake before dinner."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We felt the restaurant and drinks prices were extremely expensive - G & T was 12.50 euros!. The floor around our table was sticky as was part of our table. We decided to skip the expensive breakfast and picked up some coffee and pastries in Laon. If we hadn't had been charged so much for dinner and drinks the night before we would have stayed for breakfast! Our room was above the kitchen and part of the dining room, we heard them clattering and scraping chairs across the floor well into the early hours!"
