- "Not much, except for the good and frindly attitude of reception staff."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The bad, improper way and embarresing attitude of some of the waitresses in adressing clients at the hotel restaurant. The use of false excuses not to seat clients at certain tables on breakfast time. In my opinion this hotel is by no means a 4 *(star) hotel"

- "Very convenient to go everywhere."

- "The hotel is very clean, the room although basic but canfortable, however lacks basic amenities (No tea/coffee/drinks facilties), with large communal areas and restaurant, staff courteuos, friendly and helpful. Central to all areas of town."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The hotel still boasts 4 stars thats clearly its not, typically with most of hotels in the areas its geared-up and caters for large short (3-4 days) package tours. Having praised the staff above, sadly there isn't enough of them for an 800+ room hotel, with such large volume of people, to give individual attantion to any request (waited two days for an additional pillow)."
