- "The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I didn't get my baggage upon arrival from a very late flight and they went out of their way to help me by driving me to Carrefour first thing in the morning to buy stuff for emergency use. The room is clean, including the bathroom. For a budget hotel, it has adequate facilities and amenities - heater, flat-screen cable TV, hot water, clean linens and towels. Breakfast is good. Location is good- not in the main tourist area, and therefore quiet and clean, but close enough to reach the Sanctuary in 10 mins by walking. Public transport also available. There is always someone at the reception, even for very late check-in."
