- "the gal at the front desk was very understanding in returning our money in full when we checked out. She also recommended a hotel that woudl suit us."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We arrived and the credit card machine didn't work. They had no soap and towels. Our room was dirty and smelled like mildew. There were tennants living in the hotel with many children and there was constant yelling, far from relaxing."
