- "we liked that it was close to the grotto and we were given a room with a view , 7th floor, facing the mountains; we liked that."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "we were given a room on the first floor, no air, no electric fan, no view and it felt like we were in a hot cave. When I explained to the clerk that my husband is an asthmatic and needed air and window, she let me choose the room, which was perfect, it has two balcony doors that open wide, but no curtain and we were exposed to the hot sun and to the neighboring folks in other hotels. The curtain situation was resolved the next day but the housekeeper did not know it was occupied so he knocked but entered the room at the same time . Then one day the housekeeper left his master key on my door and I kept it till he went looking for them.Aside from these, the hotel was perfect due to its perfect location."

- "Ideally situated close to Sanctuary. I was surprised how "quiet" it was despite my room overlooking the street and just above the bar! Would definitely stay again.
Only "complaint" - I spotted a number of cobwebs in obvious places that should haven't been there!
I didn't eat there so can't comment on food quality etc."

- "Rooms are small and not clean, two single beds even for couples. Even we can put them together not very comfortable to sleep. Toilet small but clean.very noisy in the rooms ,eventhough if it is soundproof!!!! Food very expensive here,there are places to eat very close to the hotel.Good value for money"

- "Its proximity to all the major attractions and town centre"

- "The room was somewhat dark, facing out onto a narrow courtyard, and the bread (which was the main food at breakfast) although an excellent type, was obviously prepared and left out at the start of breakfast hours of 5am, and therefore stale by 9am when we came to eat it."
