- "Location was excellent. Very close to main Sanctuary/Basilica and easy to walk to. Main part of room was quite good size, can?t say the same for bathroom."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Bathroom/toilet was poorly designed. Bath has a hand held shower, but no shower curtain. So water goes everywhere. Toilet and bidet squashed into a corner, with boxes on walls. Wi-Fi was shocking. Did not work in rooms despite claims the entire hotel was covered."

- "It lacked a few items I would expect in a 3 star... An iron, a fridge in the room, the breakfast is overpriced...and basic and would benefit by a full time staff attendant . We booked I believe a double room it was our honeymoon. Our room was also next to the lift and stairwell.. And being a busy hotel... Lots of banging and stomping early morning. I just feel the hotel should put rubbers ont he doors and make them close slow and also carpet around the stairwell to allow quiet walking. We also got two single beds...that was a bit disappointing. The staff were friendly thats great but I reckon that they could take notice of a customer request. An iron is not asking much for a big hotel! It would cost a hotel £20."
