- "This was my first time to Pigeon Forge area so needless to say I was very excited about the trip and to see all the lights and amusements that Pigeon Forge had to offer was GREAT! However, when we arrived at the hotel of Howard Johnson in Pigeon Forge, I was not a happy camper. We walked into a lobby that was dirty and a hallway that was unclean, a elevator that was dirty and scary to ride in to get to the third floor for our room. I had asked for a handicap bathroom when I talked to the hotel previously over the phone which I found out after I arrived that they didn't have handicap bathrooms at that hotel. We had booked 4 nights at this place. I will never stay there again. Our room was a disappointment. Also, the rug was spotted and the tub was not presentable for showers and the shower curtain I requeted to be changed due to the dirty bottom of the curtain and it was never changed and I requested the change twice to the desk and the cleaning lady. Customers were arriving and complaining about the upkeep of this hotel. Needless to say, when we went pass the Howard Johnson's Gatlinburgh Hotel, it was a BIG DIFFERENCE in look and style. It was what we were expecting to see in Pigeon Forge what a difference. I plan to write to the head office of Howard Johnson and request a refund or something. Yes I did take a few pictures but not sure how they will come out. I would not send any one esle to that place until they fix it and clean it up."

- "NOTHING,,,, The room was dirty, an had big brown bugs in it,,,ask for refund, an staff was not helpful at... All light iver sink was out,, dirty rags were left in room... The only thing clean in room were the sheets... We stayed gone as much as possible ,, an sit on bed when in room....Paid 214.00 for 2 nights.. worse experience ever...My husband tried 2 talk 2 mananger.,an they said they had things going on!!!should be turned over 2 Health dept"

- "The Bathroom Had not been cleaned Coffee Maker was dirty still had coffee grounds in it from previous visitors Outside walkways where nasty paper and trash Free coffee was full of coffee grounds my cup had 1/4 cup grounds Towels where stained up one wash cloth looked more like a cleaning rag I don't recomend this place to anyone"
