- "exterior hotel looks good but we were located on 6th floor of the hotel and in needs a serious makeover! no lounge facilities after 10pm and no tea/coffee facility in rooms.... also quite surprisingly no pay to view channels on tv."

- "Great location, right near to underground station essential for exploring the city, also right on the main street for great international shopping and very near the area with excellent local / independant restaurants."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Hotel bar was a major selling point however the was no actual bar it was a nice lounge with a bell and a waitress carrying drinks up the stairs on an ad-hocs basis, which resulted in a lose of atmosphere - hotel bars can be a great start or end to night out. More tourist info / ideas for things things to do would have been nice too."

- "Very noisy - they hold parties on the first floors of the hotel wich go on until 8am...and can be heard in every room."
