"It was warm, clean and very convenient. Only down the road from Wandsbek Markt U bahn. They also upgraded our room to one with a bathroom for no extra cost. Reception staff very friendly. It is extremely basic but if you know what you're getting, I don't see this as a problem."

- "The lack of working drinks machines-but it was extremely cold and this may have affected it."

- "We checked out before 7:30 and we did not get our refound for the key back!!!!!!!"

- "parking is free that is big plus, beds were quite good, but.. before check out I looked under sheets to check if something hasnt slipped between mattresses, and.. their was full of hairs etc. Horibble, I was happy that I didnt notice it before sleeping... I couldnt fall asleep. Also a whole family live and work in it, sometimes I had feeling that Im disturbing them. Like, Im not living in a hotel, but in their private house."

- "All in previous reviews about cold,dark rooms,old bathrooms,water regulation, dirtiness, and 2nd world war etc were true.when I came in nobody was at reception. After some time one came and said in german language, that i must wait. Ok, I did so. Then came one, gave me a key, asked for 20 EUR as deposit for the key, and asked, of course, payment for the room + deposit. I payed, but when I asked for the stamp in my paper, what he gave as an invoice, he said that they have no stamp. when i looked at him in surprise, he said that in check out i will have invoice with stamp on it, after that he put money what I gave for the room in his wallet and asked if I need towels.He refused to give the invoice with a stamp on it after check out as well"

- "No heat and it is cold in the room. The hotel is unsecured. Wind can flow through the room even everything is closed."
