- "Food in the bar was pretty rubbish and we didn't get what was ordered or even close to what was on the menu!"

- "Excellent hotel, massive rooms, restaurant superb, cafe and bar on site.

- "Hotel and rooms of a high standard and well placed for overnight stop to
Santander / Bilbao. When we arrived was fiesta time with many streets
closed but with help of 2 young ladies we found hotel which has
underground car park, for which no charge is made" - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Restaurant was shut ( Saturday and Sunday nights ) but no mention on web site. Bar provides meals but for the money were rather small but well cooked. The noise in the bar was unbearable and we are used to and accept the the norm of Spanish volume. May be less out of fiesta time but we had to take our food to our room this time The breakfast, 5? each, was very poor and quite unlike the usual excellent value breakfast at most Spanish hotels. Despite the excellent room and parking we were disappointed with our stay so our yes above is qualified"
