- "I loved the location in a quieter part of Venice- it felt more authentic
than some of the more central locations I have stayed in Venice
before.The ambience of the old building and antique decor was lovely and
the staff could not have been more helpful." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "It was still easy to get lost on the way there despite trying to pre- prepare a map of sorts. A really good detailed map or set of directions on their website ie 'Turn left at Calle x, walk straight for 200 metres, then right at Fondament y etc would be extremely useful."

- "Wow!!! Vennice is amazing, and hotel Tiziano stands out as what you want
in on your romantic getaway. Location is off the beaten path but this is
a good thing. Staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. The hotel
was fully booked by time we arrived so the hotel upgraded us to a large
apartment across the canal. Cold ac, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lovely
view of the canals. Breakfast was typical european breakfast but high
quality and very tastey. If you have a lot of bags or a bad back take
advantage of the water taxi (50 euro). Spend your evening getting lost
in the laberenth of canals and tiny passages, this is a very safe area
away from tourist attractions and pickpockets." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Because the canal is so small google maps deceives the location. I assure you and your water taxi that is is indeed accessible by boat. (Zoom in). Room was pricey, but hey is Vennice, live a little!"

- "Room was well decorated and it was clean. Ac was working fine. Room size
