The availability of a bike free-of -charge compensated for the lack of a regular bus service. While close to superb beaches it was also a good location for visiting other places of interest. Overall a very enjoyable experience."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "How to get there using public transport services was not explained clearly prior to my arrival. The lack of regular public transport services was a problem. but this was delightfully compensated for by the availability of bicycles."

- "Friendliness of staff and assistance carrying suitcases up and downstairs. The breakfast was exceptionally good. We left behind some stuff and when contacted the hotel staff made immediate arrangements for delivery to the UK."

- "The bathroom was too small and the shower system could be improved. The address to the hotel was not clear for the GPS, it recognized Massa, but not Cinquale, so we had to ask for directions from Massa."
