- "The hotel staffs were friendly. Although some of them couldn't speak in English well (or at all), they somehow helped me kindly."

- "There were neither an air conditioner nor a refrigerator. I could only use a small fan in the room."

- "on arrival we could not speak german and the night man could not speak english, but he was very good helping us to check in and find the way to the garage for our car, when we were checking out we were informed that we could only pay in cash because the credit card facility was not working as a result of this they did not charge us for the garage parking, which was very nice of them"
