- "The staff was very good, knowing the guest by sight, anticipating questions, needs, etc. The room was comfortable and clean, furnishings and accompaniments were very adequate. The AC was fairly quiet, but as the key needed to be inserted for it to function, the room was uncomfortable upon returning and took time to cool the room. The location was pretty quiet, mostly traffic in the late afternoon. As my room was toward the rear of the hotel and away from the street I wasn't bothered by it. The breakfast was good and more than sufficient. There weren't a lot of options on the menu in the restaurant but the quantity and the flavor of the food was good."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The one thing I didn't like about the hotel had nothing to do with the staff, the room or the comforts but the location. I prefer to stay in lodgings which are closer to the center of a city. From here you really have to take a taxi to get around. On the map it appeared closer to me than it actually is, my error. Next time I would stay closer to the Teatro Amazonas."
