the location within walking distance of The Basilica, The Grotto and
about a 15 to 20 minute walk uphilll to the train station...no need to
pay about 8 Euros for a taxi...and the walk is pleasant, the air fresh
and mountain clean!!!"

- "I travelled to Lourdes for two days and i spent one night at the hotel. Uopn my arrival, at the reception there was a nice woman with irish accent.. she was wonderful.
The location is excellent, the room was small but nice and clean. The bathroom is very nice, clean and new." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The breakfast was the weak point, unlike the hotel, the breakfast room doesnt look nice, the breakfast is too basic.. and the cofffee was horible. Next year I will reserve at the same hotel and will go and have breakfast elsewhere."

- "The staff were extremely helpful! We accidentally left my daughters
carry on with her beloved stuffed animal at Orly Airport. The staff at
Hotel St. Etienne called the airport and helped to find it. We stayed in
the wheelchair accesible room for my mother and there was plenty of
room. We were also close to the grotto, shops and restaurants. My six
year old loved it and we would definitely stay again!"
