- "The only thing I'd suggest to improve is the breakfast, which is quite ordinary."

- "The hotel is smartly designed, clean and appealing. It definitely has a
business vibe. Excellent beds, bedding, and bathroom; professional
staff. Breakfast was decent, a mix of home baked goods and prepackaged
stuff with fresh fruit." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "This is a downtown hotel, so the adjacent parking garage is packed during business hours, which run until 8:30 in Chile. Rooms with street exposure can be noisy; rooms in the rear look onto the parking deck. I think all this is to be expected in a downtown location but prospective guests should take this into consideration. The wifi was undependable, although supposedly that is being addressed."

- "The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very
friendly and helpful. The location was great - near to downtown
square and dining." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I thought it was a great hotel in all regards, except the breakfast. They did not have real coffee - only instant Nescafe. They had fresh fruit in a bowl. But they did not have fruit salad type options with fruit cut up in a serving plate. In all other aspects I thought the hotel was great. It's too bad the breakfast was so inadequate."
