- "First of all, I came much earlier than it's official reception time (at 12p.m.), traveled a long way and was very tired, they gave me my room instantly, and for that I'm very grateful! :)
Concierge (I didn't ask her name, my bad) was extremely polite and helpful. Hotel is small but rooms have everything you need. It's clean and cosy, and very well situated, 15 min walk to old town center and 1 min walk from bus and train station. To cut the long story short, I was very very satisfied. Will use it again if I'm ever in Udine."
