- "Good location, a little quieter than most parts of La Serena. Ample
parking and reasonably easy to find. Staff very helpful in making our
forward travel arrangements." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Somewhat tired in appearance - perhaps well used is a better description! Breakfasts no worse than other Chilean hotels!"

- "The hotel property is fenced, and the entrance to the property is not well signed. There's a sign along the fence before the entrance that we missed the first couple of times we passed it. The friendly welcome made up for the confusion."
