- "We booked a suite with a view, supposed to have a balcony, but we had just windows...were told that a "balcony"in Italian is a terrace, which isn'T...., Although at the web page of booking com is written panoramic view and balcony for this kind of junior suite. We were on the 1st floor (stairs) and the noise of the water taxis and vapporeto disturbed us all night long. Staying at this hotel for 8 nights we assumed to have at least laundry service, but also this was missing. Breakfast was poor and the service not much better. At the reception you don't get any information if you don't ask. Was not a good choice for our stay and such a special occassion. If we return to Venice we will look for a much better hotel to stay."
