- "Beach proximity / view (however, if you have a rented car, you should
explore Florianopolis other 40 beaches and for this purpose you should
consider staying in a hotel in the center of the island)
Proximity of stores and restaurants.
"Mini" Police station nearby.." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Wifi connection is bad and not very reliable (we were in one of the rooms facing the sea) No computer available. However, the staff let us use theirs to checkin in our flight and print the boarding passes. The parking is paid by night but there is no guarantee of having a parking spot for your car. You have to park in front of other cars and leave your key in the reception. We don't think this is an acceptable behavior since your are paying for this service."

- "The view from the " quarto" ( room) is excellent. Rooms are regularly clean and the cleaning device is very fair ( they found a pair of my shoes and returned these to me). The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette facility (depending on the room type, for exmpl we stayed the superior suite and it had a little kitchenette corner within the room). However it has only a microwave and no hubs!. The staff is very courteous and honest and super friendly . This hotel has its own private beach( inclusive of " guarda sol" and seats ). Very practical indeed. You basically get out of your room and there you have a beach and the ocean!."

- "If you are planning to keep up with your work while on vacation in this hotel, forget about the internet! Wi-fi simply doesn't work at all! "Cafe de magna " ( breakfast) is horrendous, I probably had the worst cofee in my entire life. Breakfast is consistently monotonous and the cakes are not fresh. Eggs and sausages are to be avoided. This hotel licks of some of the facilities it promises: sauna is absent and the gym is non- existent. The upstairs well being area is in a total mess."

- "The lack of ice, glasses and towels in the room was a hassle. Also, the language barrier was a bit hard to overcome."
