- "Very good value for money, room on top floor was clean and quite
comfortable (considering that in a city like London you really spend
little time in a hotel!). Staff is very kind and helpful; very good
breakfast with plenty of choice. Location is very good too, bus and tube
stations are less than a 10-minute walk away." - Is there anything you didn't like?

- "Our room was on the top floor up 55 steep and twisting steps. There was no room for luggage, no chair, very hot, and no space to turn around. The shower had very little water pressure and unpredicatable temperature. The bathroom's sloping ceiling made standing upright in front of the dark and shadowed sink difficult. The ceiling over one of the "cots" also sloped so that if one arose quickly, one hit one's head. The room was smaller than the cheapest cabin on a economy cruise ship. We spent as little time there as possible. I do not understand why this "hotel" remained fully booked. We will not return. Our family stayed on the first floor in the family roon which had a bit more space but was on the noisy street. We have paid less for better accommodation in London. Whoever rated this hotel had obviously not visited the top floor garret."
