- "The central location is the main advantage of this hotel (a few minutes from the main railwaystation and a few meters from a tram stop). It is clean and pleasant taking into account low price. There were fridge and safe-box in the room."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The windows in my room faces very small yard and air in the room was closed, in addition there was smell of smoke but i had ordered non-smoking room"

- "The staff worked extremely hard to be helpful but they seemed to be overworked, working very long hours. There were only 2 members of staff on duty for my entire stay of 7 nights."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "On arrival, I was told that there had been an error with the booking and my room had been double booked. I was transferred to another hotel but given a much smaller room, which I was not happy with. Eventually a member of staff said that an error had been made and my original room had not been double booked so I re-packed my luggage and was transferred back to the Orient. By this time, it was evening and I had wasted my first day of holiday."
