- "Our gps couldn't find the address. We had to stop at Viseu's Palacio do Gelo shopping mall (which was very close to the hotel) and get the adress of a nearby street tofind it."

- "Big room elaborate breakfast (the pianoplayer was not needed)"

- "One can only reach the swimmingpool via a gate on the carpark where you have to ring a bell to get in and out no dinner available in the hotel, but we had an excellent dinner in a restaurant at a 2min walk from the hotel good hotel for a few nights, but I wouldn't stay here for a week or more"
