- "Great staff, rooms were wonderful."

- "I had no hot water for 1/2 the time I was there. The one day I did, the water temperature was very erratic. But I would stay there again and will!"

- "Extremely poor service in general. It took the the 3 receptionists 20 minutes to print out my bill ! ! Door man was useless. He could not even get me a taxi but wanted me to take the hotel car to the airport at double the price of a yellow taxi - because he said that taxis were difficult to get on a Sunday morning - which of course was a blatant lie ! !"

- "The staff is very friendly. All the hints the concierge told us were useful specially the car service they arranged for us to our private tour to Zipaquirá (Salt Park with Salt Cathedral) and a second day on a city tour. The driver is very polite and attentive. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "There is no lounge on the main floor. The restaurant isn't good for a night meal. We ordered a simple soup but wasn't good although the breakfast is satisfactory."
