- "Not a good shopping area, OK for supermarkets but not general merchandise."

- "Location was not bad if you wanted to be near the centre."

- "The first room I was put in was quite small and pokey and very noisy due to the airconditioning units of an adjacent building. I asked to move and ended up in a larger more modern room in another part of the hotel which was basically ok. Staff did not have a good command of English No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, this should be a basic feature"
