Is there anything you didn't like?: "The Pictures of the room are definately not what you get, it was really budget rundown. When I queried this with the very nice receptionist she said they were renovating and only one room had been finished that was the one in the photo. So they are charging according to that. We felt ripped off. It was the end of our Amazing 2 month vacation in Europe and it has really put me off Nice. They had paper coffee cups in the room - what are we children. Disgusting. We have much better standards in NZ"

What did you like the most?: "The hotel has a very convenient location (3 minutes from Massena Place and about 12-15 minutes from the beach, a supermarket is next door) and the staff is very pleasant and helpful, except for the fact that a man who was in the morning at the reception gave wrong directions regarding the bus stop for Menton which resulted in wandering about in the midday heat with the luggage and a cleaning lady once has left the door in my room open (thanks that not ajar) and next time has forgotten to put a sheet on the bed. Great breakfast (was included in the room price). Works well for 1-3 days stay."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The location has also a drawback: there is too much noise from the street and one can hardly sleep with the window open and the air-conditioner is too noisy. Rooms interior needs redecoration, at least the carpet on the floor must be changed and the doors in the rooms badly need painting."

three star. Would not return as price in genuine four star hotels on the
sea front are priced the same or less."
