- "Very clean, friendly staff, good dinner meals, close to the beach and a little view of the see bitween concrete buildings. Big bang for the buck."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Tiny rooms, tiny tv, tiny pool, noisy, breakfast sucks. Beware, Arenal is a place for teens not for adults, the last place in the world for relaxation, full of stupid drunk kids. Playa de Palma is way better."

- "This place is a dump in a nightmare of a location. Parking, forget it...the room stank like an ashtray...no window...food i wont even go there."
