- "Perfectly adequate for a one night stay passing through Chetumal. Close to ADO bus depot - almost walking distance."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Accommodation was satisfactory so have no complaints. However, I would not stay this far from the waterfront and downtown area if planning on more than an overnight stay."

- "The location is depressing and feels dangerous at night, the rooms are depressing without any soul or character (nice touch to be handed the remote controls for the a/c and tv at reception), no lift to upper levels, everything is cheap and nasty..."
