- "The location is excellent. The main shopping street and city center are a few blocks away, and a one-stop metro ride from Santa Ana gets you to Los Heroes, which has busses to the airport, or access to the Red line which has most of the services you need on it. Otherwise, the lobby was excellent, with outlets, tables, and excellent wifi access there. The staff was very helpful - we had a problem with our room key (they use an old punch-key technology) and he showed us how to use it. The room's bathroom seemed new and clean. Overall a very good value for the price we paid."

- "The rooms are relatively small, the ceilings are low, but they are clean and enough for what you need. Wifi access in our room was abysmal. There was a locked network but in the room, there was no code provided to access it. The open wifi network seemed to be based in the lobby, and our room wasn't far from it, it still offered a very poor connection. The staff, who are very helpful, speak just okay English, but besides asking for the wifi key, it didn't have any negative effect on our stay. Again, overall a great bargain for a nice older property in an excellent location!"
