- "cleanliness in the breakfast room and part of the staff were not friendly enough."

- "Breakfast the only good part as well as the distance of hotel close to the Hauptbahnhof."

- "Did not like area, stairs to lobby difficult with luggage. Room given in noisy part of 1st floor. Too close to kitchen for example and noise first thing in the morning. Complained about noise from room above continuing to 1:30 a.m. but no action taken other than to make it my responsibility to go to room causing noise which I found disturbing having myself worked in the hotel industry this is not how we would have handled a noise complaint from a guest. Would not recommend hotel."
