- "The staff were pleasant and friendly and the service was good. The room was clean and with about average space, and fantastic views."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The hotel is a little out of the way from both Garmisch and Grainau centre which meant driving everywhere. A taxi to Garmisch centre was about 15 euro (jan 2011)."

- "Quiet location with great views of the mountains. Staff is somewhat friendly, but they get frustrated easily if you have simple questions."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The pool was cool, not as warm as we expected. They only take cash, which we knew from the website, however we saw a couple arguing as they wanted to pay with a credit card."
