What did you like the most?: "Good location; helpful but casual staff; renovated old buidling"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Junkfood in breakfast; a classical elevator and computer (in the lobby); a really no-frills hotel"

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Long wait for elevators, lack of security for laptop (receptionist left my laptop on the reception desk), poor breakfast facilities, unreliable wifi"

convention center; decent food in restaurant; included breakfast."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Generally run-down appearance (needs painting, new carpeting, etc.), though clean. Elevators were iffy--I usually took the stairs. Wireless in rooms was unreliable."

What did you like the most?: "I thought the location of the hotel to the Dallas convention center was excellent (it was also close to other things as well). I stayed in room 902 close to the elevator but did not hear anything at all during my stay there. It was absolutely quiet. The milk and cookies were also a nice homey touch to end a busy day. The three mile radius free shuttle and the men who drove the shuttle(s) really made my stay there pleasant. The breakfast, while simple, was filling and worth getting up to grab before heading out."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The front desk staff could have been a bit more professional in their attitude and their way of handling the clients. I sometimes felt as though I was very demanding when I asked for simple things to be checked into (such as checking the bathroom--it needed some drano to unclog it). The housecleaners should also learn to speak and understand some English if they are going to work. It took a lot of gesturing and simplifying my sentences to communicate with one of them about extra towels (clean ones) being left in my room and the fact that they did not have to keep giving me towels since I had enough)."
