- "There was no soap in the bathroom, but it was quickly arranged by the staff"

- "The staff was very friendly and helpful - even though my Spanish and
their English was limited - we were able via Google translate to
communicate. I arrived much earlier than expected and they were very
accommodating. Room was small, but clean and efficient. I chose the
"ventilación" (room with only a fan) versus the more expensive "aire
acondicionado" option - which was fine this time of year (October)." - Is there anything you didn't like?
