Is there anything you didn't like?: "The first room I was shown was rather small but they were happy to move me."

What did you like the most?: "Great location, secure underground car park, 24/7 reception, free wifi. Quiet room with nice view over gardens."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Only had a smoking room left which was very unpleasant. Had to sign a 2 page disclaimer to get a Wifi access code, which only worked on one laptop. Breakfast on the expensive side."
