- What did you like the most?
- "A staff was so nice. She is very helpful. But others are not so good. Even if I asked for some service, they never worked for me, rejected to bring a hairdrier and rejected to call for me to tour company. I felt really bad."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "noisy. they are under the construction on the floor where I stayed. Even if I wanted to take a nap after arriiving at the hotel, I could not. They should have indicated it in advance."

- "Nice courtyard and close to city centre."

- "No Wifi availability although it was promoted as a service. Hard to get into the parking with a large van. Construction work started as early as 8 in the morning right in front of the rooms (noise and dirt)."

- "room door opening straight on an inner court that served as parking. It did not feel safe to leave any money or important papers in the room."

- "Location. They try to keep the style of old Mexican house."

- "Personel could hardly speak English. During our stay they were doing some refurbishment - first they should inform us in advance, second - they have placed us exactly in the dust and noice.... Room was bit small and bathroom extremly small!! It was hard to take a shower there. Our room had no window!!!!!! Room was very dark! They should arrange some heating system in the rooms, nights can be pretty cold in San Cristobal de las Casas."
