- "The receptionist, whom I think is also the hotel manager, was really helpful, obliging & friendly. We asked many questions, especially about getting around, & he was really knowledgeable about what public transportation we were to take to get wherever we wanted to. Often we'd planned some tedious route involving changing modes of transport here & there but he'd show a direct route, say, by 1 bus, & provide the location of the stop & number of the bus. He was pretty fluent in english, so there weren't any communication problems, which was fantastic, given our limited grasp of the Italian language. We're a family of 3, & booked a triple room, then found we'd been given a room for 4 with no extra cost. That meant much more space."

- "There was something up with the drainage system I think, on our 3rd night there was some sort of sewage smell in our bathroom."

- "Everything was perfect! Very helpfull and friendly staff"

- "The hotel was easy to reach by car and the free parking was big advantage (the garage is not for very big cars). The owner was very symphatic and helpful. We stayed at triple room, and it was clean and nicely decorated. The room was quite hot despite of air conditioning, but so was the whole Milan, + 38 degrees. The breakfast was ok, self service, fresh croisants, yogurt... typical italian breakfast. The city center (Duomo, shopping streets) were at walking distance, and also bus and metro stops were quite near."
