What did you like the most?: "i felt safe, great secuirty and also the free parking"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "i was walking down the flight of stairs to go and iron my clothes on the 2nd floor and i noticed a man and woman doing very rude things on the stairs, i felt so embarressed and didnt want to leave my room the whole night, which was a shame becuase i really loved the hotel"

What did you like the most?: "Room was ok"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Staff did not know what they were doing. Didn't allow early check in. Didn't provide any sort of customer service to any customers not just us. When we did finally check they gave us a key to a room that was already occupied. Had to come back down, they just laughed about, said sorry and gave us another key."

What did you like the most?: "Good price and okay situation for getting to the NEC and central Birmingham"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The cobwebs could have been swept away in the room and in the passageways - it's not as if you can't see them. Breakfast a little pricey for what it is ... but it is convenient. But, these are only little gripes and wouldn't put me of staying there again."
