- "A/c didnt work, not sorted on requestX2 indoor pool not heated, too much chlorine, wooden planks surrounding the pool loose and dangerous. Outdoor pool closed"

- "Seemed a little noisy at night, could hear other rooms and water; some difficulty with the evening meal as the menu as published was different to what was on offer for at least two main dishes; pasta dish was served cold and even when returned was only luke warm; no wine list which really surprised me and the only option was red or white from the same label. The dinner service seemed a little amateurish."
