Is there anything you didn't like?: "The shower in our room did not work correctly i.e. we could not adjust it to cold water"

What did you like the most?: "This hotel is situated by Lake Bolsena and has wonderful views. Our room was at the front and from our terrace we could enjoy the lake view. The hotel garden is lovely, full of scented flowers, has large pergolas and a very good swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and the buffet brekfast excellent witth very fresh bread and croissants."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Two things really. Our room, bathroom and terrace had not been swept (there was a dirty bandage on the terrace) and was not swept during our stay. When we arrived the towels were new and fluffy, those on the following days were old and worn."
