- "Great central location for touring Berlin."

- "We booked and confirmed on-line two double rooms facing the rear of the hotel away from the street. When we arrived, we were told that only one of them was available and only for an added cost of 10 Euro. The hotel bar ran out of Jack Daniels whiskey and ice for mixed drinks the first night we were there, but showed no interest in rectifying that situation even after repeated suggestions by us to do so."
