- "Location was perfect with lovely sea Views. The Outside seating area on
the balcony outside the bar was very relaxing with sofas and lovely sea
views a great place to have an early evening drink. The bedrooms were
modern and practical. Someone's done their research as there were
plenty of open shelving in the room which I found more useful than
drawers . We stayed half board, the food was varied with a good choice
and quality . Most guests were all inclusive, We had the option to pay
2.75 euros per person to have unlimited wine beer water and soft drinks
we our evening meal. This suited us perfectly as we enjoy a glass of
wine with our meal but prefer to use the wide range of bars and clubs in
the area during the evening and are out and about during the day site
seeing. We had a communication problem with our transfer company who
were saying we were staying in a different hotel and wanted to pick us
up from there , after several phone calls without success I still could
not sort it out. I mentioned this to the Male receptionist a who phoned
them on our behalf and sorted out the problem. We found the staff very
helpful and friendly and would stay again" - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The usual towels on the sunbeds early in the morning, thankfully we are out and about and only use the sunbeds late afternoon early evening when there were plenty available. I am glad we were not ai whenever we went to the pool bar and even more so in the evening in the entertainment room there were long queues of people trying to get served"

- "Location very good for Palma Nova and Magaluf. Entertainment for all ages excellent and the food was good. The view from this hotel is stunning."

- "In our room the fridge was broken, one of the legs on the sofa was broken. The air conditioning made a crackling noise whenever it came on. Nice television but only two English channels (Filmfour and BBC Worldnews) and even those had poor picture quality."

- "There was nothing nice or pleasant about this hotel. Cheap refurbishments have been used to make it look nice but the beds are really uncomfortable. Walls are really thin, you can hear people snoring and flushing toilets next to you. All rooms have twin beds pushed together advertised as standard doubles. When we complained about this we were told we could leave or take the complain to bookings.com. The staff dont really care about service probably because of the hoards of packaged holiday makers. Definitely the most unpleasant of stay in our years of travelling."
