- What did you like the most?
- "The Hotel is in close proximity to public transport (tram) and also tube. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There is wifi connection and snooker/pool centre on 1st floor for entertainment. The Continental Buffet breakfast in the morning had a good variety of items and well stocked."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Room walls are quite thin, so you can hear people adjoining rooms at times. Hotel staff speak limited English, particularly the staff at breakfast. The hotel owner has a dog, which often greets you in reception and barked quite loudly at times."

- "Only hotel staff who was helpful. The rest was very poor, and definitely below the standard value."

- "Very bad and unsafe location - not convenient to reach the center. Too expensive for the quality of the room. Basic comfort. Hotel not to be recommended at all."
